Cafe manager for Northcote cafe

    And we are now hiring for an experienced café manager position

    The ideal candidate will:
     
    • Have a proven track record in hospitality
    • Will be an experienced café manager
    • Have recent relevant experience
    • Will be capable of managing a busy service
    • Will be very experienced on the floor
    • Will have a passion for organic produce
    • Will be passionate about working with specialty coffee
    • Will be an experienced barista and happy to work the coffee machine when required
    • Will be hands on in staff development and training
    • Will be responsible for the day to day management of the café including purchasing for front of house / responsible for quality control in all aspects of the business / rostering and recruitment 
    • Will be a self starter capable of implementing and initiating constructive change
